We are a group of multi-award-winning, independent opticians based in Suffolk, Essex and London N10.

We offer comprehensive eye tests and invest in high-tech equipment including OCT scans (optical coherence tomography).

The OCT scanner can computer-analyses your eyes against a similar reference group of people to detect any abnormalities, as well as compared at your future visits for any changes. This advanced technology can detect dangerous eye conditions up to five years earlier than previously possible and can detect any changes before symptoms even appear, giving you advanced warning and ensuring timely and accurate referrals. This means you get a complete eye health check.

We are part of the NHS and provide free NHS eye tests to those who qualify. We sell a wide range of glasses and designer sunglasses and all major contact lenses. We offer children’s eyecare and are varifocal experts. We keep up to date on the latest trends in eyewear.

As a small, independent optician, we take customer service very seriously. We have over 1300 reviews with an average score of 4.9/5. We won the EADT business award for Customer Service. We are the only optician in the UK to have won Best Independent Optician twice at the prestigious Optician Awards.

We offer free hearing assessments in most of our practices (not currently in Ipswich or Southwold). We provide a complete hearing care service including ear wax removal, tinnitus consultation and hearing protection. We can offer you the most advanced hearing aids available, including invisible hearing aids.
