Joanna, who has been with us since 2008, provides her patients with an outstanding service and customer experience. Joanna is always keen to increase her optical knowledge and pass this on to her patients.
Emma has been with us since leaving school in 2002. She has developed her skills in both optics and business, providing a knowledgeable, professional and highly personal experience to her customers.
Lucy joined us in 2019, having working in optics for four years. She always gives service with a smile, and has a real passion for frames. This, coupled with her extensive lens knowledge and professionalism, means every customer gets the very best eyewear for their needs.
Linda joined us in 2009 having been in optics since 1989. She has a warm and friendly approach to customer service and uses her extensive experience to help her customers find the right product for them.
Debbie joined us in 2022 having worked in Optics for 13 years. She takes real pride in finding the perfect frame and lens combination for every patient she sees, and her kind and friendly manner makes her popular with staff and patients.
Sam graduated from the University of Southampton in 2014 as a qualified Audiologist and Hearing Aid Dispenser. He has lots of experience managing a range of patients with hearing loss from various age groups and backgrounds.
Greg has been an Optometrist since 2000 and has 12 years of hospital paediatric experience. He’s been with Wardale Williams since 2006 (with a year sabbatical during Covid). Greg strives to offer the highest professional service encompassed in a kind and friendly manner.
Vickie has 17 years of optical experience and really enjoys interacting with patients. She prides herself on finding the best frame and lens options for them.
Graham joined us after a long career in facilities management. He’s passionate about glasses and ensuring our patients have a pleasant visit.
Luxshiny joined the Practice in 2020 and is usually based in Halstead, but works some days in Haverhill. Prior to this, she worked in optics for 5 years. Luxshiny has a real passion for constantly developing and nurturing her skills, ensuring that she never fails to provide the very best care for her patients.
There is no parking outside the Haverhill practice. The closest parking is Lower Downs Slade paid car park CB9 9DZ which is about a 1 minute walk, along the footpath beside the large green and brick building (try to spot the church steeple and take the path towards that). When you reach the road, we are just across the street.
