Kayleigh has been part of the team since 2018. She started in optics as a Laboratory Technician in 2006 where she gained her lens manufacturing & frame glazing skills, since then she has worked as a Laboratory Manager and Practice Manager. Kayleigh loves to be involved in every aspect of the customer journey and is passionate about delivering excellent service with a patient and friendly style!
Luxshiny joined the Practice in 2020. Prior to this she has worked in optics for the past 5 years. Luxshiny has a real passion for constantly developing and nurturing her skills, ensuring that she never fails to provide the very best care for her patients.
Pat has been part of the team since 1988, providing a friendly and efficient service to every single customer without fail.
Carol has been with us since 1984, always serving customers with a smile to match her professionalism.
Keyla graduated from the University of Petropolis (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) with an Audiology and Speech & Language Pathology BSc degree. Keyla started her career offering both speech therapy and audiological services to patients in both the NHS and private sector. She found the most rewarding part of her career was contributing to a patient’s well-being and self-esteem by looking after their hearing.
There is often free parking along the High Street in front of the practice. Alternatively, there is a car park at Chapel Street, CO9 2LS which is a 2 minutes’ walk away (behind Sainsbury’s).
