Kayleigh has been part of the team since 2018. She started in optics as a Laboratory Technician in 2006 where she gained her lens manufacturing & frame glazing skills, since then she has worked as a Laboratory Manager and Practice Manager. Kayleigh loves to be involved in every aspect of the customer journey and is passionate about delivering excellent service with a patient and friendly style!
Luxshiny joined the Practice in 2020. Prior to this she has worked in optics for the past 5 years. Luxshiny has a real passion for constantly developing and nurturing her skills, ensuring that she never fails to provide the very best care for her patients.
Pat has been part of the team since 1988, providing a friendly and efficient service to every single customer without fail.
Carol has been with us since 1984, always serving customers with a smile to match her professionalism.
Jasmine joined our team in 2021. She has seven years of Optical and Laboratory experience. In her work, she enjoys finding patients the perfect spectacles and making them feel happy!
After spending nearly a quarter of a century in the army and nine years as a security contractor in the Middle East, Ian fancied a change in career after an opportunity to work in the private hearing care sector came about. He enjoys patient-focused care and qualified as a Hearing Aid Dispenser with Aston University.
Greg has been an Optometrist since 2000 and has 12 years of hospital paediatric experience. Greg was the resident Optometrist in Halstead since 2006 before having a year-long sabbatical. Greg strives to offer the highest professional service encompassed in a kind and friendly manner.
Graham joined us after a long career in facilities management. He’s passionate about glasses and ensuring our patients have a pleasant visit.
Vickie has 17 years of optical experience and really enjoys interacting with patients. She prides herself on finding the best frame and lens options for them.
Joanna, who has been with us since 2008, is based in Sudbury but spends one day a week with the team at Halstead, providing her patients with outstanding service and customer experience. Joanna is always keen to increase her optical knowledge and pass this on to her patients.
There is often free parking along the High Street in front of the practice. Alternatively, there is a car park at Chapel Street, CO9 2LS which is a 2 minutes’ walk away (behind Sainsbury’s).
